About the instructors

Aiste Ptakauske is an award-winning content creator and educator who successfully works across media and continents. She authored a collection of short stories and two best-selling novels for young adults, created several television and web series, and made two documentaries. Ethnic Kitchen, Aiste Ptakauske’s documentary about immigrant women in post-Soviet independent Lithuania, was included into the international film festival Ethnografilm as well as curricula of several European universities. Aiste Ptakauske is a recipient of many national and international awards including an Augustinas Gricius Prize for the Best Fiction Debut in Lithuania, an Iconic Women Creating a Better World for All award from Women Economic Forum 2017, and the Best Creator award from Seoul Webfest 2019 among many others. She is constantly invited to give lectures and run workshops at various educational establishments around the globe: the California Institute of the Arts (USA), the Rotterdam Business School (the Netherlands), the Institute of Communication Strategies and Techniques (France), Vilnius University (Lithuania), etc. Aiste Ptakauske is the Managing Producer of Vilnius TECH Creative Industries Television and a founder of The Ethnic Kitchen Consulting and Productions.
